We're a small team, and we hire the way we teach: for people who can build real things and get paid for them.
The Profit Room is run lean by design. Most of what powers it, the curriculum, the skill packs, the Jarvis build, the distribution tools, is built by the same small team, using the exact approach we teach members.
Who tends to fit here
- Builders who can ship a real thing end to end, not just prototype it
- People who are evidence led and practical, and care about what moves revenue
- Operators comfortable owning an outcome without a lot of process around them
How we work
- Remote and asynchronous, with a bias toward shipping over meetings
- AI-native: we use Claude Code and agents to do the work of a much larger team
- Small surface area, high ownership: you'll touch things that reach members directly
