Irresistible offer
An offer so clearly worth more than its price that the right buyer feels foolish saying no.
Value-based pricing
Setting your price by the value the result creates for the buyer, not by the hours you spent.
Cold outreach
Reaching out to people who do not know you yet, with a relevant and specific message that earns a reply.
Warm outreach
Reaching out to people who already know you, such as past contacts, your network, or people who engage with your work.
Lead magnet
A free, useful resource you give away in exchange for a way to keep talking to someone, such as their email.
Niche
The specific group of people you focus on serving, defined tightly enough that your message feels made for them.
Positioning
How you frame what you do so the right buyer instantly understands why you are the obvious choice for them.
MRR (monthly recurring revenue)
The predictable revenue a business earns each month from subscriptions or ongoing services.
Productized service
A service packaged like a product, with a fixed scope, clear outcome, and set price, so it is easy to buy and deliver.
Close rate
The share of your sales conversations that turn into paying customers.
